Dna Testing as an Aid in Administration of Criminal Justice : A Study of Its Legal Implications in India.

About the Book: The purpose of this book is to highlight the position of DNA test in Indian criminal justice system. No doubt we have some legislation on DNA like the Indian Evidence Act and the Constitution of India but there is no specific legislation on this part. Forensic techniques are not so developed and also there is lack of forensic experts in India. This advance science helps in detecting crime and criminals. In countries like USA,Canada,Australia have very high levels of technology regarding Forensic Science. About the Author: Dr Kuldip Kaur completed her LLB, LLM and phd degree from Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar (Punjab). She has done a deep research in the field of criminal law with reference to DNA TESTING. She worked as lecturer at University campus Gurdaspur from 2007-2014. After she moved to Canada for further studies. She did comparative analysis of DNA TEST in criminal justice system with India and different countries. Now she updating her further studies from Canada and passed Canadian criminal law exams and other NCA subjects. She will do more research in area of forensic sciences.
