In This Story the relationship between the devotee and the Lord has been described very beautifully. Where the value of devotion of a devotee is paid by God himself by eating those earthen fruits. Which the devotees had eaten for many years to fulfill his fast. At that time to pay the price of devotion the Lord also becomes the servant of the devotee. It becomes difficult even for God to pay the price for the devotion of his devotee even after spending all his life. At such times the Lord becomes the servant of the devotee. and act according to the wishes of the devotee. Like an obedient slave or son he does everything as his devotee wants to bring happiness to his devotee.  At such times the devotee becomes the master of his Lord and the Lord becomes the slave of his devotee.
