Do you know your People? : Master the Management of Team Members

This book is written in a simple manner by highlighting an issue as the title of the chapter presenting the topic from an Organization’s point of view and subsequently providing inputs and tips for Middle Management personnel to follow on a day-to-day basis. This book will not provide any quick fix/magical formula to its readers but will probably equip them with one additional way of dealing with issues related to people in their team. The book is written in a comprehensible language with no corporate or management jargons. Middle management personnel will find it easy to understand. Furthermore to make the points easy to relate to I have narrated a few of my personal experiences as examples so that the readers can relate them to their work environment easily.
