'Doing' Church

Most Christian writers are hampered by their denominational ties personal theories and a desire to please - to get more sales and members. This book simply tells it as it is with no manipulation or reliance on others who can influence readers. The book relates why a whole group of people walked out of a traditionalist church so as to gain a more personal life with God. They 'undid' what they had been taught in traditionalism and replaced it with what God says. examples are given of those changes - pastors prayer meetings general meetings baptism communion. Just about everything that has replaced what most Christians 'do' in churches! An appendix deals with weddings and funerals and a long list of publications is included. These were either formative of the new church or arose from discussions on Sundays. This is biblical reality!
