Don Bender

<p><strong>Don Bender: Partner in Community Revitalization </strong>is the autobiography of a well known businessman a considerable part of the energy behind the development of the Little Five Points area of Atlanta. Don grew up as a conservative Mennonite and became a convinced Quaker (member of Atlanta Friends Meeting). He tells engaging stories from all parts of his interesting life.</p><p>In this memoir you will read more about his remarkable times in Little Five Points many of which we shared. And by shared I mean we both put it all on the line together such as personally guaranteeing loans as rates soared to over 20 percent and signing long-term leases for two decrepit former movie theaters.
