E.S. Louis is the pen name of a retired highly decorated veteran cop of 33 years on a major city police department and a retired Sergeant with 17 years in grade. During those years he acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science; Master of Education; Master of Arts in Criminal Justice; a Juris Doctor degree; and he is a Marine Corps Veteran of two tours of duty in the Vietnam War.
