Through insightful activities throughout the book and pun intended tools the reader will process how their own thoughts and emotions contribute to them carrying that poop with them throughout their day week and even LIFE! They then work through several lessons where they learn to hand back the poo and set appropriate boundaries. Moreover the reader also learns how to recognize and stop themselves when they become the Defecating Defendant and work through self regulation skills and learn to properly apologize.
