<p>Anushka tells her inspirational story of her childhood upbringing. Her challenges and emotions. Her parents' are both alcoholics and drug users. She feels imprisoned by them and accounts the times of chores she had to carry out and how she was never allowed to have friends over to her home. Through school she has encountered bullying but a saviour in the form of a friend Simone helps her through many of her trials and tribulations. Her teenage years are fraught with emotional upset and she has to overcome eating disorders and depression. Amongst everything else she has a crush on a boy from school. They meet up at a latter date and he betrays her feelings. She has to cope on her own when her parents' pass on but has the home to herself. Did she at last find the freedom she so yearned for or did it turn out to be another major disappointment in her life? </p>
