Double Helix

<p>Double Helix is in three parts: the end of a thirty-year marriage; a son who has struggled with substance abuse for more than twenty years; and discovering that the man who raised me was not my biological father and how that affected my thoughts and feelings toward the mother and father who raised me. Both fathers and my mother had died so I wrote these poems as a way to make sense of a mystery.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
