Dr. Br Ambedkar: The Rebel Who Rattled Mahatma Gandhi

Most of Indians know Dr. BR Ambedkar for two reasons: As champion of Dalits and father of Indian Constitution. His contributions to Indian society were much more varied and far more diverse. Till date Dr. Ambedkar remains the only Indian to have been conferred the degree of Doctor of Sceince (Economics) by London School of Economics. This was in addition numerous other degrees including PhD from Columbia University New York and Bra-at-Law from Grey's Inn London. In politics Dr. Ambedkar's differences with Mahtma Gandhi were legendary. He even questioned Gandhi Ji's ethics for his double dealing with Dalits and his blackmail tactic of fast unto death. Mahatma Gandhi was not the only politician Ambedkar had profoucnd differences with.
