All development is based on thought. For fifty years the Congolese civil society as well as the political class as a whole have not galvanized intellectual energies in order to create through a fertile culture a school of Congolese thought.At the economic level the intellectual elite has not produced and disclosed to date the Congolese economic model that would obtain the national consensus and would be used by the political operators both as specifications when they take office but also as a record of the criteria of judgment after mandate. On the other hand unfortunately we continue to perpetuate until now the gesture of the colonial and neoliberal economy extraverted with moreover a fall of output.The DR CONGO has an army of graduates but is terribly lacking in geniuses.
