The Government of Andhra Pradesh is implementing “YSR Rythubharosa” from October 15th 2019 for providing financial assistance to the farmer families including tenant farmers across the state Rs.12500 - per farmer family per year to support the cultivators in meeting the investment during the crop season with a view to enable them to timely sourcing of quality inputs and services for higher crop productivity. P. government has pegged an expenditure of ₹2.29 lakh crore and estimated revenue of ₹1.77 lakh crore in the annual budget for the year 2021-22. In his third budget presented in the state assembly on thursday the Finance Minister Buggana Rajendranath said the revenue and fiscal deficits would be at ₹5000 crore and ₹37029 crore respectively. The revenue expenditure was pegged at ₹1.82 lakh crore while the capital expenditure has been estimated at ₹31198.38 cores. The state''s public debt will mount to ₹387125 crore in 2021-22 from ₹355874 crore the previous year as the government targeted to borrow ₹50525 crore afresh.
