Draft of a new Political Constitution of the Republic of Chile

Chile is currently undergoing a social and political revolution that has ended up overthrowing the constitutional system imposed during the de facto regime from 1973 to 1989 in the midst of this process there have been various ideas of how it should be the new Magna Carta by which the country is governed but so far there has been no attempt to test it except this one. What is being presented is a legal effort to provide Chile with a modern constitutional scheme that will allow it to guarantee the rights of all the inhabitants of the Republic.
