Drawn Away

<p><strong>In 1924 eighteen year old Vallie Mae Brown had two loves her horse Ches and sketching women's clothing of the day. Vallie lived on a farm in Clarke County Virginia.  Her mother said she was a dreamer and it was time for her to settle into the domestic side of life. Vallie had other ideas and when an unforeseen opportunity arose she was left with a decision that would alter the life that she knew.
