It is fate that brings the trio together with the mail order bride from St. Louis. Doris who is on her way west to marry a wealthy rancher but encounters an Indian attack on the stage coach. She miraculously escapes with her life. In her desperate plight to find her way back to civilization she unexpectedly meets up with Big Jim Max and Dee-Oh-Gee. Thrown together by chance this group develops a special relationship that will take them through many hardships dangers and unforeseen adventures. Despite it all they never lose sight of their dream.
