India has been an agricultural country since ancient times and even today the countrys GDP About 26 percent of the product is obtained from agriculture and its products. Apart from this the agriculture sector provides employment to about 67 percent of the countrys labor force yet the irrigation required for the growth and development of this sector has not been given due attention in our country. The root cause of this is the lack of proper water conservation system here. Due to the lack of proper water conservation system in the state the water problem is being faced at present so there is a dire need of water conservation schemes. The first tube well in our country was mined in the year 1930 in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh since then the number of tube wells has increased a lot at the national level. MP The development of tube wells has also been done in accordance with the national figures. In this way excessive exploitation of ground water has created a situation of ground water problem.
