<p class=ql-align-justify><br></p><p class=ql-align-justify><br></p><p class=ql-align-justify>This book consists of a variety of poems explaining the feelings emotional physical and mental trauma and expresses thoughts and actions of the youth that they couldn't explain or express themselves.</p><p>This book will help others understand that they are never in something alone but there are plenty more people that go through what they went through or worse. It will hopefully get readers to open up more and get help where help is needed. Let them know that loneliness is not a thing it is only if you make it to be.</p>
