Drug Abuse and Trafficking

June 26 is celebrated as international day against drug abuse and trafficking every year. The purpose is to create awareness and sensitize the people in general and the youth in particular on the evil effects of drugs. According to UN report there is a turnover of $500 billion the largest business next to arms trade. More than 190 million people all over the world consume drugs. Their personal and family life is disorganized leading to all kinds of problems including crime and violence. They are living miserably between life and death. This book brings into light not only trends of abuse but also drug trafficking globally. The most vulnerable group struggling for life from this menace is the youth.
