Duties and rights for the use of information and communication professionals

This work is an exegesis of the texts governing the information and communication professions (journalist organizational communicator documentalist librarian archivist) in Congo and abroad. It has a double ambition: to identify and analyze national texts on the one hand and to convene those of an international nature to fill the gaps in national legislation on the other. It also defines and specifies the duties and rights of practitioners.
