DYNAMICS OF PUBLIC MANAGEMENT

Public management is the set of processes purposes and administrative activities through which officials and civil servants of the public-private function develop their own management system and management systems in a correct way in institutional and/or institutional levels to meet human needs that feed the development and social progress. Therefore with the new dynamics of public management it is intended to equip and implement new processes to ensure better performance - new management processes.public management is studied from the political science point of view because of its protagonism and linkage with state policies.
