<p>INTRODUCTION</p><p>E-learning is identified with the systematic process of design</p><p>development and delivery of learning interventions using various Information</p><p>and Communication Technologies (ICT). It is gaining more and more</p><p>important nowadays as it enables learners a flexible and convenient way of</p><p>learning. The learners��� physical presence in a classroom is not required during</p><p>e-learning and this helps working professionals in continuous learning without</p><p>upsetting their personal and professional life. The course content can be</p><p>organized in a nonlinear manner and modularized for selective learning of</p><p>contextual knowledge. Study materials can be enriched by various multimedia</p><p>components to create/retain a sustained interest in learning as well as to speed</p><p>up the learning process.</p>
