Earl ''The Pearl'' Watson

Earl Watson was born in Chicago Illinois. Raised in the height of the depression in a small two bedroom home with four sisters and two brothers. He was drafted into the army engineers at eighteen years of age. He was in the invasion of Normandy D-Day the Battle of the Bulge at that time the largest; and the Battle of the Rhine River. Upon his return he settled in Hollywood and was the doorman at the world famous Hollywood Knickerbocker Hotel. He was rated by many as the best in the hotel business.
