Given that a state may achieve and enjoy emancipation liberation and empowerment of the citizens as practice it may only be realized through education. This is especially of citizens in their early childhood in an atmosphere where the fundamental human rights of the citizens’ pursuit of other socio-political and socio-moral ideals are guaranteed.
