Dr. Mott is an associate professor of teacher education and the coordinator of the master's program in literacy education at The University of Mississippi.<br><br><b>Jacqueline M. Mott</b> earned her M.Ed. in literacy education at The University of Mississippi where she works as an adjunct instructor in teacher education. She also works as an elementary school teacher in Lee County Mississippi.<br><br><b>Susan S. McClelland</b> earned both her M.Ed. and Ph.D. in education at The University of Mississippi where she is an associate professor of leadership and counselor education as well as chair of the Teacher Education Department.
