Eastern Sunsets Beneath Western Skies

Eastern Sunsets Beneath Western Skies is both a journey and a meditation. It is the story of an awkward youth struggling to find a voice amidst the shadows of depression and anxiety. It is a younger man trying to define connection and understand relationships. Those journeys led to a love of language and the discovery of poetry. Through poetry I found joy and that linguistic solace became a tool for meditation throughout life. It is this passion I wish to share with readers some of whom may be going through their own mental health challenges or perhaps seeking to help someone else who is.
