The leaf chlorophyll content is a good indicator of photosynthesis activity plant stress nutritional state and relationships between plants and their environment and consequently will be of great importance in agricultural field management. The present study focused on the most common plant species which were dominant in the two areas selected i.e Central University of Rajasthan and Sambhar lake. The most common species like Argemone mexicana Caloptropis Procera Prosopis juliflora and Tephrosia purpurea inhibited in Xerophytic and Halophytic Environment were selected and then their various Eco-physiological parameter like Chlorophyll content Carotenoids content Chlorophyll Stability index (CSI) % and Relative water content (RWC) % were compared.
