Giving voice to the Views of Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) Melanesian seasonal migrant farm workers in International Short-term labour migration schemes is a prerequisite for reliable and efficient pool of work ready' workers with high performance and productivity. As a Consequences this notion of 'worker voice' define their perspective and democratic rights in decision making in their employment community and in broader economic and social life. An FIFO seasonal Migrant farm workers operate under difficult unfavorable work condition with non-compliance issues. To address that a collective expression of workers voice through union representation of workers such as women and Melanesian Pacific ethic workers requires special attention. This workers voice can also be viewed as lacking information and understanding of RSES. In this book we offer policy recommendations to guide and support the effective operation of such scheme from the host nation's perspective ensuring such scheme are also of genuine value to the participating workers their families and home countries. We propose regulation and monitoring of RSE and similar Worker Programme with Melanesian FIFO workers'.
