He has written over 100 articles and is the author of the book&nbsp;<em>Frozen and Forgotten Conflicts in the Post-Soviet States: The Genesis Political Economy and Prospects for Solutions</em>. He has presented on democratic and economic reforms at the Virginia Social Science Association and George Washington University as well as at the Oxford Round Table and the Paris International Colloquium on the Velvet Revolutions of 1989.</p>
