<p>Look as a 43-year-old guy I've got to be honest with you: focusing on my mental well-being wasn't exactly a priority growing up. But life throws its curveballs and I found myself needing to regain balance and address my stress depression and anxiety. It was about reclaiming control over my mental health you know?</p><p><br></p><p>For too long I was the sad clown pretending to be this happy-go-lucky guy so people wouldn't worry. I acted like everything was fine like nothing fazed me no matter what it was. I soldiered on wearing a smile pushing everything down just to get through another day. Until one day I just couldn't do it anymore.</p><p><br></p><p>So here's the deal: I'm sharing this project in the hopes of offering some insight to those of you who might be navigating similar challenges. Life isn't always sunshine and unicorns but maybe just maybe we can figure it out together.</p>
