Editha's Burglar: A Story for Children

This wonderfully written and illustrated little book was written by Frances Hodgson Burnett (famous author of many children’s books including: Little Lord Fauntleroy The Secret Garden A Little Princess and many others). This cheerful and funny book is about Editha a charming seven year old child who hears a noise in the night and quietly walks downstairs to ask the burglar to be quiet and not awaken her mother who would be frightened. The story has elements for both young children and adults.
