Dr. Harripersaud is the author of several academic books including Wholeness and Home in West Indian Literature and a series of educational dictionaries. Her book A Dictionary of Selected Nouns for All Ages won the Blue Rose Book Award (2024). She has received the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Global Scholarship the 25 Influential Women Leaders Award (2024) and national recognition in Guyana.
