Education and Politics in Turkey: A Case Study of Fethullah Gulen

The Gülen Movement is rising perceptible through the work of a variety of educational economical and media institutions across the world. It is actively working as a non-political actor with having social and religious associations at national and transnational level. Each object of the movement is circling around the individual’s life. The work aims to examine the identity and the nature of the Gülen movement particularly in line with its influential role in education and civil society consequently affecting the politics in Turkey.
