The research responds to a current problem of the Second Cycle Secondary School Sto. Agostinho of Huambo Angola: the methodological preparation of teachers for values education from the school-family-community link. It is presented a strategy based on a model that contributes to the methodological preparation in the harmonic procedure between families and other community agencies for the education in the socio-community altruism value. Theoretical empirical and statistical-mathematical methods were applied to facilitate the collection of information the design of the construct and its implementation in practice in a satisfactory manner. By means of the experts'' criterion the result of the research was evaluated as feasible which was introduced in a partial way through a pedagogical pre-experiment where the potentialities it has to solve the scientific problem of the research were validated.
