Education in its broadest sense provides the backdrop against which development acquires its meaning. The teacher is the king-pin of quality in education. Since education has become the primary tool for the overall development of society Teacher Education has to occupy a position of pre-eminence in the planning and organization of the modern society. Expectedly the mission of Teacher Education is Continuous preparation and upgrading of teachers who can stand out for their professional competence to function effectively as constructive change agents and change catalysts. Teachers work with children and the children represent the future generation. This is my contribution to my generation and the future generation.
