Edwin Gordon's Music Learning Theory and the BNCC

About The Book

The theme of this work is born due to a context of dissatisfaction and questions about the use of music in early childhood education with various purposes many of which are far from the specific themes of this language causing it to lose its expressive character becoming something mechanical and stereotyped. Its object of study is the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) for Children Education and Edwin Gordon''s Music Learning Theory (TAM). Thus it has the general objective of correlating the BNCC for Early Childhood Education with Gordon''s TAM because it is understood that this theory presents rich information giving clear guidelines as to the musical development of the child facilitating the organization of possible methodological proposals for this segment. It relates the fields of experience learning and development rights essential for children from 0 to 5 years and 11 months present in the BNCC for Early Childhood Education with Gordon''s TAM for newborns and preschoolers schematically highlighting the types and stages of Preparatory Audiation.
