Effect of biofertilizers and biochar

In order to find alternatives that allow coffee growers to produce quality seedlings more vigorous and with a strong and well-formed root system morphometric and quality variables were evaluated in coffee seedlings. Seeds of the Sarchimor-1669 cultivar were used which once emerged at the seedling stage were established in 6 x 9 polyethylene bags where they were subjected to the respective treatments. Two study factors were evaluated factor A (Biofertilizers) based on Trichoderma ssp mycorrhizae and plant growth promoting bacteria factor B (Biochar dosage) of 10 20 and 30 g kg-1 of substrate and control treatments (Mixture of the three biofertilizers - biochar mixture of the three biofertilizers + 20 g of biochar kg-1 of substrate a chemical control with compound fertilizer and a control control). The best results were shown in the treatment of the mixture of the three biofertilizers with biochar in the variables of: root mass length with 37.23 cm root dry weight with 2.46 g in terms of relative growth rate and net assimilation rate.
