Day by day area under guava (Psidium guajava L.) cultivation is increasing and facing the problem of quality planting material for fruit growers. Guava can be propagated through seedlings air layering and grafting. Since long farmers are planning their orchard through seedling which cannot give true to type characteristics. Air-layering is also a commercially viable and popular method among growers with limited numbers.
