Effect of multimodal transport service

The multimodal transport is a product that is brought from the door of its origin or the manufacturer to the door of its destination or the end user by making use of at least two modes of transport. This is an optimization process of the location movement and storage of resources from the point of origin through various economic activities to the final consumer. To meet the mission of the country’s economic development if the quality and performance of multimodal transport service shall be maximize specially for land locked country. This study sought to obtain opinions about multimodal transport service on operation performance in the case of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise.
