Effect of negative pressure wound therapy on the lower limb ulcers

Lower limb diabetic ulcers are a serious problem for diabetic patients. So we tried to overcome this problem by using new non-invasive technique called negative pressure wound therapy by using a suction device to prevent the accumulation of exudate. This work may be a guide for diabetic patients who suffer from infected lower limb diabetic ulcers and for the different surgical specialists who deal with this problem as well as for physical therapists who deal with wound management.
