This research compared the effects of different organic manures on zooplankton production in indoor culture systems. The manures used were Poultry droppings Cow dung Cassava peels and a Control. The manures were added into the culture systems at the rate of 57mg/l and the experiment ran for twelve weeks. Identification and counting of species of zooplankton in each sample was done daily and water quality parameters were measured.
