It is difficult to survive institutions manage scarce resources meet the changing expectations of ordinary people and survive the vastly changing dynamics of today's world without a strategy. Thus the book aimed to enlighten how strategy effects institutional performance in Somalia's public institutions; more specifically the study focused on the productive sector institution's strategy.
