Effect of TV Violence on the Youth in Calabar South LGA of CRS

This book is an empirical research work. It is carefully designed to examine the possible effects or impacts that exposure to television violence as blockbuster movies (e.g war films/ epics with violent or pornographic contents) could have on global youths over time. Centered on the experience of young people in Calabar South Local Government Area of Cross River State Nigeria. The book empirically asserts modelling priming identification and sublimation as key effects that violent TV exposure have on young global addicts. The book infers psycho-social correlation between youths addiction to drugs risky lifestyle cultism rape ritual killing or general antisocial behavior and the volume of violent television shows they they consume daily. Thus recommends as appropriate based on its findings and discussions on the subject.
