Effective consumer protection

At present in the context of the global systemic crisis that has not yet ended the real judicial protection of the rights of citizens-consumers acquires particular not only economic but also social importance.The authors rightly point out that to date there are still problems that have not been fully resolved and judicial practice is contradictory.
