Effective Leadership for Enterprise Commerce Management

My research in administration and management allowed breaking new ground into the interdependence of psychology decision science leadership management process excellence and technology in transforming a stagnant business model into an adaptable business model to enable Global e-commerce creation survival and growth in the 21st century and beyond. This book uncovered effective leadership behaviors management practices a core set of architectural design principles and technologies enabling multi-enterprise commerce and collaboration--i.e. Porter''s value chain transformed to E-Commerce Applications: [Buy-side Apps + ERP Apps + Sell Side Apps].
