He has worked in India and abroad and has conducted numerous assignment with MNCs leading government and private sector organizations. He has been trained at prestigious institutions in India and abroad namely: ISB Hyderabad; CIIE IIM (Ahemdabad); Groningen University The Netherlands; University of Twente The Netherlands etc. Dr. Ghuman has been a Trainer and Consultant with Ministry of Tourism State of Eritrea (Africa) and has delivered sessions at premiere universities of the world like University of Texas Dallas USA.Dr. Ghuman is member Board of Studies of LM Thapar School of Management and was a member Board of Studies for Punjab Technical University. He was PGP Chair LM Thapar School of Management from 2014 to 2015. Former Member CIIs Subcommittee on Technical Education he has been invited as expert by Technical Teachers Training Institute Chandigarh (Now NITTTR) Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of Public Administration and Academic Staff College Himachal Pradesh University Shimla. With MBA M.Sc (Sustainable Development) PhD as qualifications Dr. Ghuman is the recipient of Best Teacher Award by Lions Club Mohali as well as Rotary International Mohali.
