Effective Students' Records Management

This book is the result of an empirical study on students'' records management effectiveness in Nigerian universities. The study was carried out among personnel handling students’ records and university administrators. Factors such as job suitability job satisfaction and other institutional factors positively or negatively significantly or insignificantly influence the effective management of students'' records in both public and private Universities. The book provides recommendations to assist governments and university administrators with effective management of students'' records.
