Effective Team Meetings

The purpose of this guide is to transform team meetings that directly or indirectly support childrens learning into meaningful professional development experiences for you and the colleagues on your team. As the adults in young childrens lives we have a responsibility to ensure that they have access to high-quality early learning experiences that allow them to thrive. Think about all the meetings held in the service of childrens learning including those in: state agencies school districts regional organizations and childcare programs. Adults get together to make decisions that influence childrens well-being and learning. If we could transform all of these meetings into productive collaborative learning conversations we have a chance of ensuring equitable high-quality learning for all children.
