Effective Transport System Technological Phases and Energy Policies

Establishing of an efficient and functional transportation system is closely related with traffic safety intermodal integration and balanced modal distribution. In Turkey an important improvement has been progressed in these issues but also some basic constitutive problems are still lasting. These constitutional problems can be summarized as providing traffic safety integration of innovative implementations to transportation system enhancing of infrastructure and an effective usage of existing infrastructure. In this sense; there are many variables such as infrastructure superstructure service level geometric standards consumption culture usage habits and tendencies fleet adequacy integration domestic production industry cost. Planned and efficient installation of the transportation system correct development in the city it will help you catch the process. In a well-balanced city transport demands will increase but these demands will also help the transport system to produce more constructive solutions. As known; one of the main problems in Turkey in general is the lack of 'planning' in urbanization and also in other areas whether in transport system or not.
