We need effective and efficient institutions dealing with labour dispute resolution in order to reach zero labour disputes. It is sometimes difficult to follow rules and regulations because of ignorance. However knowledge is the best guide in the fight against labour disputes and sound labour relations in the workplace. Zero labour disputes lead to thriving economies because disruptions in the workplace cost both the employee and the employer.
