School climate is multi-dimensional and has an effect on students parents school personnel and community. If a school fails to provide a conducive environment for learning students may resort to indiscipline ways of dealing with this impact. The researchers looked into different aspects of school climate namely the status of physical infrastructure teacher students relationships and academic related stress which emanate from assessments given to the students among others if this kind of stress is not taken care of may lead to indiscipline practices among students in secondary schools most of which has been witnessed in most secondary schools in Kenya. Some of this include bullyingarson attacks among others.
